Our spa takes care of our customers by providing a selection of amenities. We provide slippers, cozy robes and soft towels for your comfort, along with a range of premium hair and body products to enhance your relaxation. Additionally, we offer hair dryers to ensure your convenience and satisfaction.

We have designed our spa in a way that allows all female clients to enjoy the sauna and steam room, as these facilities are specifically built within the female change room. We apologize for any inconvenience caused, as access to these areas is restricted to males.

When visiting our spa, we kindly ask all clients to fill out a client form as part of our standard procedure. For certain treatments and when working with specific massage therapists, a massage consent form may be required for your convenience and safety.

Driving Directions & Parking

Our location is 2885 Bayview Avenue, Unit 1, North York, Ontario, M2K 0A3. You can find us on the northeast corner of the intersection of Bayview Ave and Sheppard Ave, situated on the retail floor of The Arc Condos, facing Bayview.

Traveling from the SOUTH: When heading north on Bayview, take the first right after passing Sheppard.  Upon entering, turn right and make an immediate U-turn into the visitor parking area. Afterwards, use the staircase marked “Exit to Bayview Ave” to return to street level on Bayview. Head left towards Sheppard, and you’ll find the spa on your left.

Traveling  from the NORTH: When heading south on Bayview, make a left onto Bayview Mews Lane, and then take the first right to enter Bayview Village. If you’d like to park at the shopping mall, once you reach the first stop sign, you’ll find a staircase on the right. Ascend the stairs and proceed towards the condo parking lot. There, you’ll encounter another staircase marked “Exit to Bayview Ave,” which will lead you back to street level on Bayview. Head left toward Sheppard, and you’ll find the spa on your left.

To park at the spa, after taking the first right on Bayview Mews Lane, continue straight, pass the first stop sign, and take the next left towards the mall entrance. Make a right at the following stop sign and then turn right onto Sheppard. At the intersection, make a right onto Bayview and take the first right after passing Sheppard.  Upon entering, turn right and make an immediate U-turn into the visitor parking area. Afterwards, use the staircase marked “Exit to Bayview Ave” to return to street level on Bayview. Head left towards Sheppard, and you’ll find the spa on your left.

Transit Direction: We are located at the Bayview Subway station.  Exit at Bayview Ave East side and head north, our spa will be on your right!

If you require assistance, please contact our concierge team at 416-222-0808. They will be delighted to meet and assist you from the parking area to our spa, and vice versa.

All our services except Advanced Treatments and Holistic Wellness can be done side-by-side.

We have a strict 48-Hour Cancellation Policy. If you booked a service and need to cancel and make any changes to your booking(s), you must notify us at least 48 hours in advance.

If the appointment is rescheduled within 24 hours or cancelled, rescheduled same-day or a “no show”, client will be charged 50% of the treatment cost.

Unfortunately, arriving LATE will limit your treatment time, as we must honor our schedule so the next guest will not be delayed. If you arrive late and have your service shortened as a result, you will still be charged the full value. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Yes, we are happy to host groups! Please email info@pemberleysprings.com and indicate preferred dates, number of guests attending, services for each guest.

We offer an exchange policy for retail products within 14 days of purchase provided with the original receipt. Refunds are unavailable, if you wish to exchange a product, kindly ensure it is in its original condition and packaging. Our customer support team will be happy to assist you with the exchange process.
